Apply and join
Send your first name, last name and phone number. After coordination with Gradoland and payment of the 290,000-toman membership fee, your customer club membership is completed.

Receive one Gradoland face wash
Completed membership includes one Gradoland face wash to experience in your skincare routine. Product selection, delivery arrangements and any shipping charge are confirmed before payment.

Experience it for 15 days
After receiving the product, follow its usage instructions for 15 days and observe its texture, cleansing feel, packaging and everyday experience. This period does not guarantee a treatment outcome.

Share a video and stay involved
After 15 days of use, share your genuine experience in a video. If you are satisfied, continue as a Gradoland ambassador and access customer club and company product benefits under the announced terms.
What makes helpful video feedback?
Use your own words and describe what you actually experienced. You may discuss your skin type, how long you used it, the cleansing feel, fragrance, packaging and what worked well or could improve. You do not need an advertising script or to claim results you did not experience. If the product did not suit you, that feedback matters too.
